Install Bluetooth Widcomm or ANYCOM on MacBook Boot Camp
A lot MacBook users may had problem of pairing their headset in the WinXP by using Boot Camp. It was because Apple Bluetooth driver doesnt had the headset service.
Therefore, you need to had either the Widcomm or ANYCOM Bluetooth stack driver to be installed to make it work. Download the latest version of Widcomm or ANYCOM driver and install it. I used version 5.0.1.1400 in my case.
During the installation, it will complain that there is no bluetooth devices found or installed, just simply click cancel and install without it.
Now u will had the red bluetooth icon at the bottom left, to make the driver detect the Apple Bluetooth, you need to edit the btwusb.inf file located at your program file under Widcomm or ANYCOM folder \bin\btwusb.inf.
After this line :- [WIDCOMM.NTx86.5.1]
add this %APPLE.DeviceDesc%=BTWUSB, USB\VID_05AC&PID_8205
After that, save and exit. Now in your device manager, under the bluetooth devices, update the “Apple Bluetooth” driver with the btwusb.inf that you had edited.
The computer will automatically detect the bluetooth and you are ready to use.
