Dear Customer,

- Welcome to Uninstallation Tool 3.0 build 370a

Uninstallation tool is a program that will remove F-Secure Service Platform, F-Secure Anti-Virus and
F-Secure Internet Security from workstations. It will also delete the contents of the folder where F-Secure was installed.

Instructions
* Please download and run the ‘UNINSTALLATION TOOL.exe’- executable on your harddisk and follow the instructions.

This release is for the following product(s):
* F-Secure Service Platform 5.x, 6.x
* F-Secure Anti-Virus / Internet Security 2005, 2006, 2007

This release is for the following workstation operating system(s):
* Microsoft Windows 98 / Me / 2000 / XP (Home/Pro) / Vista

The major changes are:
* Minor quality improvements
* Uninstallation tool does not remove F-Secure products installed in unsafe locations (c:\Windows,
c:\Documents and settings and some others). This is done to avoid loss of important customer data during uninstlalation.
* Uninstallation Tool creates full logs of performed procedures

Interoperability issues and other F-Secure products:
Uninstallation Tool can remove also following F-Secure Enterprise products:

· F-Secure Anti-Virus for Workstations 5.x
· F-Secure Anti-Virus Client Security 5.x, 6.x
· F-Secure Distributed Firewall 5.x
· F-Secure FileCrypto for Windows 5.x
· F-Secure Backweb for Windows 6.x
· F-Secure VPN+ for Windows 5.x
· F-Secure Anti-Spyware 2005
· F-Secure Rootkit Scanner Beta

Known problems, limitations and etc:
* Administrative rights are needed in order to execute the Uninstallation Tool
* After executing this tool the workstation is booted automatically and is no longer protected!

* Please submit any problems you might be facing to F-Secure support, according to support contact information available in your License Agreement.
